At Events by Emily we understand that planning a wedding is simultaneously overwhelming and exciting. We strive to make the process as stress-free and enjoyable for our couples as possible.
We’re dedicated to providing a fluid, luxury experience for our couples, from the moment they contact us to the day of their wedding and beyond. Our hope is that every couple has an easy, intentional journey planning their wedding with us.

Our services
Full Service Wedding Planning & Creative Direction
the total package
This package is best for couples that have not yet done any serious planning for their wedding, beyond choosing a date. This package is comprehensive, and with this selection we take on planning all elements of your wedding. We provide a structured planning system via AislePlanner to keep us on track with your budget and planning deadlines, and we also recommend vendors in each planning category. Outside of planning logistics, through our continuous conversations, we will narrow in on repeating design elements and inspirational imagery for your event. We will then create a design board presentation for every area of the wedding.
Typically this process begins at least one year prior to your wedding. We recommend booking this package prior to selecting your wedding venue(s) and creating your wedding budget.

Pre-wedding
Unlimited Pre-Wedding Consultations: We will meet to discuss your stylistic vision, budget requirements, and overall needs before we launch into planning your ideal wedding.
Unlimited Use of a private profile on Aisle Planner; personalized planning checklists
Budget Creation & Management: we offer budget guidance and keep track of all expenses.
Vendor Recommendations and Booking: we will find vendors together that fit your style and budget. We will also schedule all vendor meetings and negotiate all contracts.
Ongoing Guest List, Wedding Website, and RSVP Management
Stationary Design and/or Selection
Comprehensive Design Services and Planning: floral vision board, tabletop and event rental selections, lighting plans, personal day-of touches
Attendance at all meetings with vendors and service providers, including your wedding tastings
Transportation, Hotel Block and Guest Arrivals/Welcome Bag Coordination
Wedding day
Coordination of a 1-hour rehearsal prior to the wedding day
Event Management (minimum of 1 lead planner, 2 associate planners). We will be present for vendor load in, the duration of the wedding, and clean up. A full day’s coordination of wedding guests and vendors!
Overseeing wedding party getting ready and photography
Distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors on the wedding day
Directing all wedding day vendors upon arrival; overseeing set up
Cueing the couple and wedding party for timing of each part of the day
Supervising the set-up of personal decor items provided and event rentals
Coordinating with the DJ or Band regarding timing, transitions and special announcements
Vendor point-of-contact throughout the evening
Serving as a "personal assistant" to the couple throughout the night-I'll be there for you with a glass of wine or a snack
Emergency "wedding kit" on hand: think hairspray, Tide stick, lint brush, ibuprofen, etc.
Taking care of any surprises :)
Post wedding
Coordinating transportation of gifts to predetermined location
Supervising event’s clean-up and break-down
Ensuring the return of rental items and supplies to appropriate vendor
Partial Wedding Planning
WHEN YOU need a helping hand
This package is best for couples that want to plan their own wedding with more support, particularly in the area of design. You want consistent advice as you approach your wedding weekend and some help finding qualified vendors.
Through monthly meetings, we will keep you and your partner on track with wedding planning, and will help you flesh out your wedding details. We will also create a customized design board for your event.

Pre-wedding
Monthly Planning Check-Ins: We'll meet once a month to discuss your planning goals for the upcoming month, and what has been accomplished since our last meeting.
Our in-person or virtual attendance at five venue, florist, catering and/or photography meetings.
Detailed timeline creation
Creation of wedding layout; curated vendor recommendations for each area of planning
Tabletop and event rental selections.
Personalized design presentation within two months of booking
Budget sheet and final payment tracker

Event Management
our coordination package
(starting at $3,500)
This package is for the couple who prefer to plan their own wedding. If your venue has told you that they require a "day-of coordinator," this package is most similar to that concept, but we take it to the next level.
With our event management package, you can relax and enjoy yourselves in the final weeks of your engagement, as we coordinate all of the wedding details for you.

Pre-wedding
Initial consultation meeting (in-person or over Zoom)
Offering unlimited client support via phone and email for the eight weeks prior to wedding
Creation of your wedding timeline and event layout
Fine tuning current rental order(s)
Point-of-contact for all wedding vendors six to eight weeks before the wedding day
Meeting at the reception venue for a final 30 day walk-through (or two, if need be)
Presence and coordination of a 1-hour ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding
Recommended Vendor List and Planning Checklists -included upon booking
Attendance at one Vendor Meeting at the client’s convenience at any point in the planning process (We recommend your linen and rental selection!)
